Group Training For Caregivers Of Anxious Children

She will be offering a live virtual SPACE training group (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions). It is a caregiver-focused program designed to treat childhood anxiety and OCD. Because caregivers are the ones participating, the training is tailored to help children, teens, and even dependent young adults (ages 4+ to 18+). Because the program focuses on shifting caregiver behaviors—such as reducing unhelpful accommodations and offering targeted support—it is highly effective regardless of whether the child is preschool-aged, a teen, or an older dependent refusing direct therapy.

*This does not constitute therapy, treatment, or a clinical relationship. Rather, it is designed to provide general education and encouragement to those wanting to know more about helping children with anxiety and OCD.
